Vision and Mission
The policy of Kaiparambu Grama Panchayat is to transform the panchayat office into a citizen-friendly institution by implementing a Total Quality Management (TQM) system, periodically reviewing quality objectives, and ensuring complete public satisfaction and all-around development of the panchayat by providing the finest services and development projects to the public in a transparent and time-bound manner.
